摘  要:目的研究Tween80/异丙醇/丁酸乙酯/生理盐水体系的拟三元相图及其微乳相结构转变,并研究该体系的药物释放行为。方法用电导率法和循环伏安法测定微乳相结构转变。用紫外-可见分光光度计法测定姜黄素的溶解度,并探索水包油(O/W)型微乳载体中姜黄素的包封率和释放行为。结果研究表明,微乳结构在较低盐水浓度下形成油包水(W/O)型微乳,在中等盐水浓度转变为双连续型结构,在高盐水浓度连续转变为O/W型结构。O/W型微乳作为载体对姜黄素具有包封、增溶和缓释的作用。结论本实验中O/W型微乳对姜黄素具有一定的包封和缓释,鉴于体系的低毒性,期望对制药工业起到指导作用。Objective To study the pseudo-ternary phase diagram,the structural transformation and the drug release behavior of the tween80/isopropanol/ethyl butyrate/normal saline system.Methods The structural transformation was studied by cyclic voltammetric and conductivity measurements.The release behavior and entrapment efficiency of curcumine in the O/W microemulsion were measured by UV-Vis spectrophotometer.Results The structural transformation from a water-in-oil microemulsion at low salt content to a bicontinuous structure at intermediate salt content and a structure of oil-in-water at high salt content happened completely continuously.The O/W microemulsion as curcumine carrier produced encapsulation,solubilization and delayed release to curcumine.Conclusion Based on the relatively low toxicity and the solubilization and delayed release to curcumine,this O/W microemulsion can be expected to be used as a drug delivery system.
