摘　　要：仙人掌的主要有效成分多糖具有多种重要的药理作用,是目前研究和药物开发的热点之一。本文综述了仙人掌多糖的药理作用、提取纯化、剂型方面的研究动态,提出研究中存在的问题,为仙人掌多糖的进一步研究与利用提供了参考。Objective The polysaccharides of opuntia as the main active components,which have multiple important pharmacological actions,are one of the focuses on drug research and development.The research trends of pharmacological actions,extraction and purification,dosage forms of opuntia polysaccharides are summarized,and the existing problems are pointed out,which will provide reference for its further study and utilization.
