摘  要:文章研究了模糊综合评价法在水利建设项目综合环境影响评价中的应用,以某水利工程为例建立了项目环境影响评价的指标体系,并对项目环境影响进行了综合评价,同时将建设项目环保措施的落实程度进行环境影响程度对比分析。结果表明,模糊综合评价方法是一种科学合理、简单可行的环境影响评价方法,可以在水利建设项目的环境影响评价中应用推广;同时进一步论证了环保措施是项目环境影响评价中环保可行性的核心。This paper studies the use of fuzzy comprehensive assessment method in water conservancy project, taking some water conservancy project as an example to establish the index system of project environmental impact assessment and assessing the environmental impact of it, at the same time this paper also makes some comparative analysis of environmental influencing degree for the implementation level of the conservancy project environmental protection measures. The results show that fuzzy comprehensive assessment method is a scientific and reasonable, simple and feasible method of environmental impact assessment, it can be used and popularized in the environmental impact assessment of water conservancy project, meanwhile this paper further demonstrates the environmental protection measures are the core of the feasibility of environmental protection in project environmental impact assessment.
