某电厂亚临界汽包锅炉酸洗后的水冷壁爆管原因分析

摘　　要：通过对爆管管样进行宏观外貌检查、几何尺寸测量,内表面垢量及垢样EDS电镜能谱分析、金相分析等,分析了水冷壁发生爆管的原因。结果表明,该锅炉水冷壁管爆管的原因和酸洗没有直接关系,是由于水冷壁管外壁冲刷腐蚀使管壁减薄,炉管达不到原有的耐压强度所致。最后,对防止爆管事故提出了预防措施。Through macroscopic inspection、measurement of geometric size、measuring the amount of dirt in the inner surface、analysing the element of dirt in the inner surface by SEM EDS spectrum、metallographic analysis of the bursted tube,analyse the reason of the tube-burst of water wall.The results show that the reason of the tube-burst is not directly related to acid cleaning,but because the erosion-corrosion of water wall＇s outerwall,that cause the outerwall＇s thickness is reduced,and the tube＇s compressive strength is less than the original.At lsat recommended the preventive measures in Preventing accident of water wall＇s tube-burst.
