摘  要:目的建立一种测定河水中氯硝柳胺乙醇胺盐粉剂含量的化学发光分析法。方法采用控制变量法,研究鲁米诺、氢氧化钠及氯金酸浓度对化学发光的影响。获得三者最优化的浓度分别为0.5 mmol/L、0.05 mol/L及0.3 mmol/L。在最优化检测条件下,采用粉剂标准溶液做出标准曲线,对实际样品进行测定并进行加标回收实验。结果样品浓度在0.1~8.0 mg/L范围内与化学发光强度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数0.999,检出限为0.07 mg/L。结论该方法灵敏、快速、选择性好,适于检测河水中氯硝柳胺乙醇胺盐粉剂含量。Objectives To establish a method of detecting the powder of niclosamide ethanolamine salt (PNES) in water by chemiluminescent. Methods The effects of the concentration of luminol, NaOH and HAuC14 on chemiluminescence were studied with control variable method, and the optimized concentration of luminol, NaOH and HAuC14 were 0.5 mmol/L, 0.05 mol/L and 0.3 mmol/L, respectively. The calibration curve for the determination of PNES was obtained by using a standard solution under optimized conditions. The samples were detected and the recoveries of standard addition were also tested. Results The calibration curve was linear for PNES in the range of 0. 1 - 8.0 mg/L, with the correlation coefficient of 0. 999 and the detection limit of 0. 07 mg/L. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, sensitive and feasible for detecting PNES in river water.
