摘 要:介绍了水玻璃旧砂湿法再生强碱性污水生物处理技术的研究结果.利用硅藻依赖污水中Na+和SiO32+而繁殖的特性,在强碱性污水中提供适宜的条件培养经过驯化的硅藻,使快速生长的硅藻大量消耗碱性污水中的Na+和SiO32+,使污水的碱性显著降低.生物处理的关键技术包括:硅藻藻种的选择(选用谷皮菱形藻);在高碱性水玻璃湿法再生污水中逐步驯化得到硅藻良种;提供适宜条件使耐碱硅藻大量繁殖以消耗污水中的Na+和SiO32+离子实现回收(回收效率影响因素包括环境温度和光照度、营养物的氮源类型和氮磷比等).研究结果证明:所选用的谷皮菱形藻能将质量分数超过51.0%的Na+和质量分数超过24.0%的SiO32+从污水中提取出来,污水的pH值可由11.0降低到8.8.The preliminary study on biological reclaiming process of waste water from wet reclaiming of used sand with sodium silicate was introduced.This process was performed by culturing a diatom,Nitzschia palae,which need Na+ and SiO2+3 ion in the medium,in the waste water of wet reclaimation of sodium silicate used sand to consume the Na+ and SiO2+3 ion,so the alkali content of waste water decreased.The key technology of the processing was as following: diatom species selecting principle for reclaiming method of waste water(nitzschia palae);diatom domestication in high concentrate of sodium silicate;diatom cultivation in waste water with other nutrients,and the environmental factors(temperature,illumination) and nutritional factors(nitrogen source and ratio of nitrogen to phosphorus) would influence the cultivation and reclaimation rate.Experiment results show that about 51.0% soudium ion and 24.0% silicate ion was removed from the waste water in this new process,by cultivating the diatom in the waste water in a certain condition to fix silica and sodium from the waste water in its body,and the pH value of the waste water decreased from 11.0 to 8.8.
