摘 要:薛湖选煤厂原工艺系统存在粗煤泥分级、分选效果差,跑粗严重等问题;采用国内外首创的"三产品旋流分级筛+TBS分选机+德瑞克高频振动细筛"组合工艺对煤泥水系统进行了技术改造,不仅实现了粗煤泥的高效分级和有效分选,同时为后序工艺创造了良好的粒度和浓度条件,提高了精煤产率,降低了生产用药剂、介质等材料消耗和电耗。Problem confronted at Xuehu Coal Preparation Plant were the inferior efficiency of coarse slime separation and classification,leading to serious lost of coarse slime;by use of the composite technology of 'three-product cyclone classification screen+teetering bed separator+Deruike high-frequency fine screen',the coal slime system was technically renovated;thus,the coarse slime high-efficiently classified and separated realized,followed by a good condition of particle size and pulp density provided for successive process;thus,decreased were consumption of reagent,medium and energy.
