痹痛康丸对胶原免疫性关节炎大鼠免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：【目的】观察痹痛康丸对胶原免疫性关节炎(collagen-Ⅱinduced arthritis,CIA)大鼠免疫功能的影响,探讨其治疗作用机制。【方法】建立Ⅱ型胶原加完全弗氏佐剂诱导的大鼠CIA模型,60只大鼠随机分为6组并灌服,1次/d,连续给药4周。痹痛康丸低、中、高剂量组[0.3、3、30 g.(kg.d)-1],白芍总苷组0.3 g.(kg.d)-1,以上各组药物溶解于2 ml生理盐水中,正常对照组及模型组灌服生理盐水2 ml/只。观察各组大鼠脾、胸腺重量以及全身免疫指标(外周血T细胞亚群)的变化。【结果】与模型组相比,3组痹痛康丸均能显著降低CIA大鼠胸腺重量指数(P<0.05),中剂量组痹痛康丸显著降低脾脏重量指数(P<0.05),痹痛康丸中、高剂量组显著降低CD4+/CD8+的比值(P<0.05)。【结论】痹痛康丸可以改善CIA大鼠免疫的异常状态,从而治疗CIA。【Objective】 To study the immune regulative effects of Bitongkang Pill on collagen-Ⅱinduced arthritis（CIA） in rat models,and to explore the mechanism of therapeutic effect.【Methods】 CIA model rats were induced by immunization with collagen-Ⅱemulsified with complete Freund＇s adjuvant and the 60 rats were randomly divided into six groups（normal group,model group,positive control group,Bitongkang pill low,midst and high dose groups）.The weight of spleen and thymus of rats and the systemic immunological indexes（peripheral subsets of T cells） were determined.【Results】 The expressing level of weight index of thymus was decreased markedly in Bitongkang pill low,midst and high dose groups（P0.05）,the expression of weight index of spleen was decreased markedly in Bitongkang pill midst dose groups（P0.05）and the ratio of CD4＋/CD8＋ was decreased markedly in Bitongkang pill midst and high dose groups（P0.05）.【Conclusion】 Bitongkang pill has immune regulative effects on CIA.
