管藻目绿藻刺松藻(Codium fragile)PSII捕光复合物的结构研究

摘  要:采用PAGE法对管藻目绿藻刺松藻的色素蛋白复合物进行了分离,并研究了4 种主要的捕光复合物LHCP1 ,LHCP2 ,LHCP3 和LHCP3′的色素和光谱特性等;通过对最大的捕光复合物LHCP1 的再分离,进一步得到了与其他3 种小分子量捕光复合物相对应的条带,证明LHCP2 ,LHCP3 和LHCP3′都是LHCP1 的组成成分,并提出管藻目绿藻的4 种主要的捕光复合物之间并不象高等植物那样是单体和寡聚体的关系。kinds of main light?harvesting complexes LHCP 1, LHCP 2, LHCP 3 and LHCP 3′ are separated from siphonous green alga, Codium fragile by PAGE method. The absorption spectra at room temperature and fluorescence spectra at 77K are determined. When the largest light?harvesting complexes in molecular weight LHCP 1 is subjected to PAGE once more, 3 bands of sub?complexes which has the same migration ratios as the other three smaller ones separated on first PAGE are obtained. It suggests that LHCP 2, LHCP 3and LHCP 3′ are all the component parts of LHCP 1. And we conclude that the 4 light?harvesting complexes resolved from Codium fragile are not monomers and oligomers as those in most of the higher plants. They are different parts of the whole LHCII which might be disintegrated in different way during separation process.
