摘 要:对金缕梅亚科15属植物的细胞核核糖体DNAITS区(含58S编码区)序列进行分析,并构建分子系统树,初步探讨金缕梅族的系统发育.结果表明:金缕梅族呈复系演化特征,木亚族木属和四药门花属是关系密切姐妹群,与蜡瓣花族系统关系较近,三者共同构成金缕梅亚科最基部的分支;马岛金缕梅亚族的Noahdendron和毛枝花属是秀柱花族的姐妹群;金缕梅亚族金缕梅属与弗特吉族亲缘关系较密切,有可能可以合并成一个族.The phylogeny of 15 genera representing all tribes and subtribes of Hamamelidoideae was constructed based on sequences of the internal transcribed spacers(ITS) and the 5 8S coding region of nuclear ribosomal DNA using parsimony method with \%Disanthus\% as an outgroup.The monophyly of the subfamily Hamamelidoideae was strongly supported, however the tribe Hamamelideae was polyphyletic:\%Loropetalum\% and\% Tetrathyrium \%of the tribe Loropetalineae, together with \%Corylopsis,\% forming the basal clade of the Hamamelidoideae; \%Trichocladus\% and \% Noahdendron \%of the subtribe Dicoryphineae formed a clade with the tribe Eustigmateae(\%Eustigma, Sinowilsonia\% and\% Fortunearia\%); and Hamamelidineae(\%Hamamelis\%) was so closely related to the taxa of the tribe Fothergilleae used in this study(100% bootstrap values) and their sequence divergences were so low, together with other lines of evidences, that they might be treated in the same tribe.
