摘　　要：为扎实推进"三集五大",提升发展竞争力,合理安排电网建设项目投资计划,提高资金利用率,并加强对投资项目全过程的管理和控制,根据SG186工程的总体部署,提出并实施了省级电力公司投资计划管理系统解决方案。提高了湖北电力公司投资计划业务管理的信息化水平;优化了投资计划管理工作业务流程;可以促进对投资计划精细化管理,提高投资计划业务编制、上报、查询、分析等工作的效率和质量。According to the overall plan of SG186 Project, a solution of the investment plan management system in provincial electric power company is proposed and implemented in order to firmly push forward ＂Three Intensive Management and Five Large-scale Movements＂, enhance development competitiveness, arrange grid construction investment plan reasonably, improve the utilization of funds and strengthen the control of investment project process. The results show that the implemetatation of the proposed system in Hubei Electric Power Company improves the informatization level of investment plan business management, optimizes the business process of investment plan management, promotes the refinement management of investment plan and improves efficiency and quality of investment plan business such as establishment, reporting, query and analysis.
