国内健康素养研究领域文献计量分析

摘　　要：目的揭示国内健康素养领域的研究热点和主流领域,为研究人员把握健康素养的发展方向和决策提供参考。方法以CNKI、CBM和万方收录的健康素养为主题的文献为研究对象,将共词分析和可视化技术相结合,利用SPSS聚类分析得到国内健康素养的研究热点和主流领域,并应用Netdraw进行可视化,进一步揭示热点之间的隐含关系。结果梳理出全国居民健康素养调查等9个热点领域,这些热点之间联系紧密。结论国内的健康素养研究局限于公共卫生视角,侧重于公众日常基本健康知识和健康行为的测评。针对健康信息搜寻、鉴别和利用能力的快速测评量表以及医学环境下针对具体人群、病种和低健康素养人群的快速甄别工具等研究缺失。Objective To reveal hotspots and mainstream of domestic health literacy and provide development direction and decision-making for researchers.Methods We retrieved documents by topic word ＂health literacy＂ in CNKI,CBM and Wanfang database.Hierarchical clustering was used to find the hotspots and mainstream areas of current research by SPSS.Graphs of co-occurrence relationships among the high-frequency key word were generated by Netdraw.Results Nine hotspots areas including national literacy survey of residents were founded.Conclusion Domestic health literacy studies were limited to public health,and mainly focus on the assessments of daily basic public health knowledge and health behavior.It was deficient at rapid evaluation scales for the seeking,identifying and utilizing ability on health information,and screening tools for specific population,diseases and low health literacy in medical conditions.
