益智养神健脑丸治疗874例脑疲劳的临床分析

摘　　要：目的寻求和提高脑疲劳治疗的优良方法与疗效。方法随机选取抗疲劳门诊就诊的脑疲劳患者874例,通过系统的四诊检查和相关仪器及实验室检测,明确诊断,应用自拟益智养神健脑丸或加用针剂及耳针疗法,按疗程治疗。结果 874例中有448人经连续服药1个月,各种症状体征消失,治愈占51.25%;279例经服药45天配合针刺疗法10次痊愈,占31.19%;另147例经30～45天治疗,脑疲劳症状得以控制,但学习、工作强度增加时仍有脑疲劳症状发生,占16.82%。结论益智养神健脑丸有补肾安心益髓健脑作用,对脑疲劳治疗有优良疗效,治愈率达到83.18%,有效率为16.82%,优于国内同类研究,值得进一步研究应用。Objective To look after and improve the excellent method and curative effect treating the cerebral fatigue. Methods 874 out- patients with the cerebral fatigue were selected randomly. They were examined by the systemic four diagnostic methods and related instrument and laboratory. To treatment by Yizhi Yangshen Jiannao pill which was created by us or plus the acupuncture and ear-acupuncture according period of treatment after the diagnosis was certain. Results The symptom and sign of the 448 cases were disappear and the cure rate was 51.25%. By taking medicine continuously one month; the 279 eases（31.19% ） were cured by taking medicine 45days and plus 10 times of acupuncture ; the symptom of other 147 cases（ 16.82% ） were controlled by treatment 30-45 days but it was reerudeseent when the strength of work and study was increased. Conclusion The Yizhi Yangshen Jiannao pill has the function of nourishing kidney and heart to replenishing brain and excellent curative effect for the cerebral fatigue. Its cure rate attains 83.18% and the efficient is 16.82%. It is better than the domestic same study of kind therefore to deserve research and application further.
