摘　　要：本文对“八五”期末至1997年的云南省卫生经费状况、卫生事业费占财政支出的比例、卫生资源状况、卫生服务与医疗消费水平、卫生服务产生的效果等作了评价 ,认为云南省在此期间卫生综合效益显著 ,但也在以下方面存在问题 :农村合作医疗覆盖面小 。The comprehensive results of health service in Yunnan Province from the end of the eighth Five-year-project to 1997 are evaluated and analyzed, including health fund, the ratio of health fund among the total finance expenditure, health resources conditions, health service and utilization as well as health service outcomes. It is believed that health service in Yunnan Province is efficient during this period. But at the same time, there exist some problems: the low coverage of the cooperative medical service in rural areas, the lower level of maternity and child care compared with the national average level, and low control in reporting official infectious diseases.
