冬虫夏草水提物对巨噬细胞吞噬功能的实验研究

摘　　要：对服用冬虫夏草水提物 3周的小鼠进行巨噬细胞功能的测定。结果表明 :同种浓度不同剂量的 3个实验组 :高 15 0(ml/kg) ,中 ( 3 3ml/kg) ,低 ( 17ml/kg)剂量组 ,小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬指数明显高于对照组 ,(P <0 0 5 )。且 3个实验组间比较也存在明显差异 ,(P <0 0 5 )。提示 :冬虫夏草可增强巨噬细胞吞噬功能 。The macrophage phagocytic function was detected in mice which were given Cordyceds sinensis water extracts for 3 weeks. The result showed the abdomen macrophage phagocytic index in mice was higher in the 3 exprimental groups compared with the control group at different doses and same concentration. There were significiant differences also between the 3 exprimental groups ( P<0 05 ) 17～50 ml/kg. These indicate that Cordyceps sinensis may increase the macrophage phagocytic function and immune function.
