摘　　要：本文根据房地产项目规划设计的特点及影响因素,建立房地产项目的评价指标体系,并利用价值工程基本原理对房地产项目开发影响因素进行评价,通过对某房地产项目的规划设计方案进行排序,在考虑开发成本的条件下,选择了最佳房地产项目规划设计方案,为房地产企业进行房地产项目规划设计决策提供参考依据。Based on the characteristics and the influence factors of the plan and design of real estate,the evaluation index system is established.The real estate evaluation factors are evaluated by the principle of value engineering.The plans and designs of a real estate are put into the order.In the condition of development resources and cost,the best plan and design of real estate t is provided.It provides certain reference for enterprise to make the decision.
