摘  要:采用实验生态学方法,选取(0.50±0.07)g(A)、(2.53±0.42)g(B)、(23.87±2.46)g(C)3种不同规格的刺参(Apostichopus japonicus Selenta)幼参,设置6℃(I)、8℃(II)、10℃(III)、13℃(IV)4个不同温度处理组,分析比较了低温对工厂化养殖中不同规格刺参幼参生长与呼吸代谢的影响。结果表明,不同规格刺参幼参在各低温处理组经30 d后的生长状况显示出差异性。C组实验刺参中,条件Ⅰ(6℃)和Ⅳ(13℃)的个体体质量出现显著差异(P<0.05)。不同低温处理对各规格刺参幼参耗氧率的影响显著(P<0.05)。各温度处理组中,随刺参规格的增大其单位体质量耗氧率随之降低。A组刺参的耗氧率在各温度处理组中均显著高于其他组刺参(P<0.05),在条件Ⅰ(6℃)中B组刺参的耗氧率与C组刺参差异显著(P<0.05),其余各低温条件下B组和C组刺参耗氧率差异均不显著(P>0.05)。Growth performance and oxygen consumption rate of sea cucumber were studied in low temperature in industrial Aquaculture. Three different sizes of sea cucumbers(0.50 ± 0.07)g(A ),(2.53 ± 0.42)g (B),(23.87 ± 2.46)g (C) were reared at 6℃(I), 8℃(II), 10℃(III), and 13℃(IV). Results showed that low temperature condition had significant effects on the growth of different sizes of sea cucumbers after 30 d. The weights of group C were significantly different from the weights ofⅠ(6℃)and Ⅳ(13℃)(P〈0.05). Different low temperature condition had significant effects on oxygen consumption rate between different sizes of sea cucumbers. The oxygen consumption rate decreased when the size of sea cucumbers increased in all groups. Oxygen consumption rate in group A were significantly higher than those of other groups(P〈0.05). Oxygen consumption rate of group B was significantly different from that of group C at 6℃; however, there were not significant difference in oxygen consumption at other temperatures between these two group.
