摘　　要：目的 评估舌下特异性免疫治疗药物粉尘螨滴剂对儿童过敏性哮喘的临床疗效.方法 对46例粉尘螨变应原皮试阳性的儿童过敏性支气管哮喘患儿进行为期1年的脱敏治疗,患儿按随机化原则分为两组,治疗组23例,采用粉尘螨滴剂舌下特异性免疫脱敏治疗,对照组23例按常规治疗;记录治疗前后进行症状评分、肺通气功能第一秒时间肺活量 （FEV1%）,统计分析疗效.结果 治疗组症状评分和肺功能情况明显改善,与对照组对比有统计学差异.结论 粉尘螨滴剂对儿童过敏性哮喘有较好的临床疗效.Objective To evaluate the efficacy of sublingual immunotherapy with Dermatophagoides farinae drops in children with allergic asthma. Methods Forty six children with allergic asthma with positive dermatophagoides skin tests were en- rolled in the study and randomly divided into two groups. Twenty three cases in treatment group received sublingual immunotherapy （SLIT） with Dermatophagoides farinae drops, another 23 cases in the control group were treated with routine method, the treatment last for 6 months. The score of symptoms and lung function tests were evaluated before and after treat- ment. Results Therapeutic evaluation and lung function tests of the treatment group improved significantly, compared to the control group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Dermatophagoides farinae drops is convenient and effective in treatment of allergic asthma in children with positive tests
