摘 要:采用原位生成法制备了不同钛含量的聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(polyethylene terephthalate,PET)/钛系化合物纳米复合树脂.通过傅里叶变换红外光谱学(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、热失重分析仪(TGA)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)初步表征分析了PET/钛系化合物纳米复合树脂的化学结构、原位引入的钛系化合物在PET基体中的分散性和钛系化合物的引入对PET树脂结晶性能的影响.研究结果表明:在PET合成过程中原位生成的纳米材料呈片状,其厚度为120 nm左右,在PET基体中具有良好的分散性,片状钛系化合物的引入使复合材料的热稳定性有所提高,但结晶度有所下降,这可能是由于片状纳米材料对PET基体的结晶具有阻碍作用.Series of PET(polyethylene terephthatate) base nanocomposites with different weight content of sheet-like titanium compound were synthesized by in-situ fabrication method. Their thermal properties and the morphology and dispersibility of the in-situ-formed titanium compound were examined by FTIR (Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy), SEM (scanning electron microscope), TEM (transmission electron microscope), TGA (thermogravimetric analyzer) and DSC (differential scanning calorimetry). The research result showed that the in-situ-formed titanium compound showed sheet-like morphology with about 120 nm thickness, and was uniformly dispersed in the PET matrix. And the nanocomposites had higher thermal stability and lower crystallinity than pure PET, which caused by the impeding effect of in-situ-formed titanium compound on the crystallization of PET chain.
