产业用化学长丝和短纤维的快速检测方法及稳定性评估

摘  要:随着产业用纺织品的不断发展,如何保证纤维原料的稳定成为更加突出的问题,这就需要快速、准确的检测手段来及时控制产品的稳定性.针对化学长丝和短纤维分别提出两种快速检测方法,两种新方法大大提高了检测效率,降低了试验人员的劳动强度,并通过对测试结果的正确性和精密度的考量,验证了新方法的准确性.With the continuous development of industrial textiles, how to ensure the stability of fiber raw materials has become increasingly prominent issue, which requires a fast, accurate and timely detection means to control the stability of the product. Two kinds of rapid detection methods are proposed separately for chemical filament and staple, which have significantly improved the detection efficiency and reduced the labor intensity of the experiment. And the test results by the accuracy and precision considerations verify the accuracy of the new methods.
