摘  要:速差射流引射型喷吹清灰方法,可以引射更多的清洁气体到喷吹系统中,提高清灰效率,由于其喷吹气流平顺,均匀地喷吹滤袋,避免了滤袋极易被吹坏,延长了滤袋的使用寿命.采用三维稳态可压缩标准κ-ε湍流模型,对脉冲袋式除尘器速差射流引射型喷吹管内流场进行了数值模拟,同时做了传统脉冲喷管流场对比数值模拟.研究结果表明,带速差射流引射型喷吹管在气流流量均匀性方面具有很好的效果,可用于袋式除尘器脉冲反吹系统的优化设计.A new jet dust cleaning method with velocity difference is proposed to entrain more clean air into injection system and to improve the cleaning effect. As the injecting flow is smooth and equably, this method avoids the bag wrecked easily and prolongs the usage period of filter bag. A three- dimensional, steady, compressible and standard κ-εturbulence model is developed to simulate the flow field in injection pipe of bag-filter of entrained type with velocity difference. The air distribution of flow field in the traditional pulsed injection pipe is simulated contrastively. The research results show that the injection pipe of bag-filter of entrained type with velocity difference has a good effect on the flow field uniformity and the simulation result is useful to optimum design of pulse cleaning system of bag-filter.
