摘　　要：汽车用经编起圈产品以涤纶丝为原料,经KS-E28型经编机编织,高日晒牢度分散染料染色,拉毛机正面起圈,并采用特殊后整理工艺加工而成,达到汽车用纺织品的要求。In this paper,the process design of warp knitting raised stitch product,made of polyester fiber,was introduced.First,the product was made by KS-E28 warp knitting machine.Secondly,it was dyed by disperse dye with high sublime fastness.Finally,it was raised by raising machine.Treated with special finishing,the product can meet the requirement of the automobile fabric.
