摘  要:以海滨雀稗(Paspalum vaginatum Sw.)新材料SP2008-1和原始材料Adalayd(对照)为材料,对其叶片上、下表皮的气孔器特性进行了研究。结果表明:SP2008-1叶片上表皮泡状细胞呈卵形,而Adalayd的呈长圆形;SP2008-1叶片下表皮脉间长细胞面积为1 068.09~5 961.98μm2,比Adalayd增加了47.90%~106.22%(P<0.05);SP2008-1叶片上表皮气孔器密度为1 mm2 133.00个,比Adalayd减小了4.32%(P>0.05);SP2008-1叶片下表皮气孔器密度为1 mm2 50个,比Adalayd减小了36.00%(P<0.05)。SP2008-1叶片上表皮气孔器长度、宽度分别比Adalayd增加了8.33%(P<0.05)、6.47%(P<0.05),下表皮气孔器长度、宽度分别比Adalayd增加了22.37%(P<0.05)、15.73%(P<0.05)。SP2008-1叶片下表皮保卫细胞宽度比Adalayd增加了7.51%(P<0.05)。Seashore paspalum(Paspalum vaginatum Sw.) new germplasm SP2008-1 and original germplasm Adalayd(CK) were selected as materials to study the stomatal characteristics of the upper and lower leaf epidermis.The bulliform cells of upper epidermis in SP2008-1 were like ovate and ablong in SP2008-1 and Adalayd,respectively.The areas of long cells between leaf venations in lower leaf epidermis of SP2008-1 were 1 068.09-5 961.98 μm2,47.90%-106.22% bigger than those of Adalayd(P0.05).The stomatal density of upper leaf epidermis in SP2008-1 was 133.00 per square metre,4.32% less than Adalayd.The stomatal density of lower leaf epidermis was 50 per square metre,36.00 less than Adalayd(P0.05).The stomatal length and width of upper leaf epidermise in SP2008-1 were 8.33% and 6.47% larger than those in Adalayd(P0.05),and were 22.37% and 15.73% larger than those in Adalayd(P0.05) in lower leaf epidermise.The guard cell width of lower leaf in SP2008-1 was 7.51% wider than that in Adalayd(P0.05).
