摘　　要：广西要实现"两区一带"的区域发展战略意图迫切需要江海联动发展。广西江海联动发展面临挑战及主要障碍,在广西江海联动发展的机会窗口期内,应该以培育和锁定"江海联动产业链"作为广西江海联动发展的核心任务,实施"请进来、站起来、连起来、走出去"的广西江海联动发展战略,并以特色创新作为广西江海联动发展的实现路径。The coordinated development between areas along the sea and rivers is of great importance when Guangxi tries to realize the regional strategy of ＇Two-Zone and One-Belt＇. Upon analyzing the challenge and relating obstacles concerning river and sea linkage in Guangxi, the author points out that Guangxi should make full use of the opportunity favorable to the development of its river and sea linkage to cultivate its relative industrial chain so as to implement the strategy of ＂bringing in, standing up, linking up and going out＂ through innovation.
