摘　　要：海南和澳门的旅游合作是一项系统工程,双方的旅游资源都具有各自的突出特点和广泛的互补性,合作的前景十分广阔。琼澳双方应在达成共识的基础下,深入探索建立一套行之有效的旅游合作的实践模式和协调机制。同时,运用法律、行政、经济和技术等手段,把各种相关的资源要素组合成具有统一功能的组合产品,从而实现两地旅游资源的市场价值与综合效益的最大化。The tourism cooperation between Hainan and Macao is a system engineering, and the tourist resources of both sides all have one＇s own outstanding characteristics and extensive complementarity, so the prospect of cooperation is very broad. Both sides should reach a consensus basis, further explore the establishment of an effective practice models of tourism cooperation and coor- dination mechanisms. Meanwhile, the use of legal, administrative, eeonomie and technical means, the combination of a variety of related resources into a unified functional elements of the combination of products, tourism resources in order to achieve both mar- ket value and overall efficiency should h~ rnuYimi^A
