摘　　要：通过对Web Service关键技术与SOA的研究,探讨了利用蓝牙串行通信实现手机信息与Web服务应用系统数据同步的方案,给出了手机管理的Web服务同步时序设计。通过手机Web同步服务实例,详细阐述了基于蓝牙技术的手机串行端口操作、手机号码本操作与手机短信操作的方法。所采用的基于SOA的手机Web Service系统封装,使其具备开放的、可扩展和可组合的架构,提高了系统的自治性,可提供高质量、多样性、可互操作、可发现的和潜在可复用的服务,减少系统建设投资。In the research of service-oriented architecture（SOA） and the key technologies of Web Service,the synchronization solution between the information of mobile phones and the data of Web Services application systems implemented on bluetooth serial communication are dissussed.Taking the mobile phone web synchronization service as an instance,some methods have been elaborated for mobile phone serial port operation based on bluetooth,directory operation,and the short message operation in detail.The adopted system encapsulation of mobile phone Web Service based on SOA achieves an open,scalable,and compassable framework.Therefore the system presents a higher autonomy,a decreased construction investment but high service qualities which are diversifiable,interoperable,discoverable and potentially reusable.
