黄缘盒龟体型差异与保护单元研究

摘　　要：通过对黄缘盒龟体重、背甲长、背甲宽、腹甲长、腹甲宽、体高等可量性状和背甲长/背甲宽、腹甲长/腹甲宽、背甲长/腹甲长、背甲宽/腹甲宽、背甲长/体高、腹甲长/体高、体重/体高平方等可量性状比值研究了A、B两种体型黄缘盒龟的群体差异.结果显示:A、B体型黄缘盒龟的腹甲长和体高差异极显著(P<<0.01),其它可量性状差异不显著(P>0.05);两体型的可量性状比例除背甲长/背甲宽、腹甲长/体高差异不显著(P>0.05)外,其它可量性状比值差异显著或极显著(P<0.01或0.01<P<0.05),从而为两种不同体型黄缘盒龟的亚种群分化和保护单元提供初步依据.The differences of two group Cistolernmys flavomarginata （somatotypes A and B） are studied by the six measurable characters including weight, the length of carapace, the width of carapace, the length of plastron, the width of plastron, height; and the seven measurable characters ratio are the length of carapace to the width of carapace, the length of plastron to the width of plastron, the length of carapace to the length of plastron, the width of carapace to the width of plas- tron, the length of carapace to height, the length of plastron to height, and weight to the square of height. The results show that the difference of the length of plastron and height between somatotypes A and B are remarkable （P〈0.01）, but the others are not （P〉0.05）. The difference of the length of carapace to the width of carapace and the length of plastron to height be- tween somatotypes A and B are not remarkable （P〈0.05）, but the others are remarkable （P〈0.01 or 0. 01〈P〈0. 05）. It can provide data for the Subpopulations differentiation and Protecting Unit of Cistolemmys flavomarginata in the Central China by the morphologically study.
