论公立医院改革背景下完善医德医风建设工作机制

摘　　要：中国传统医学职业规范,西方医学道德标准,革命人道主义精神三者构成了我国当代医学职业道德的来源,《新世纪的医师职业精神——医师宣言》则是对医学职业道德的现代要求。当前公立医院的医德医风总体情况乐观,但由于原有政策设计偏移、医患利益冲突,职业道德观念存在误区等原因,也存在一些问题。建议从医改政策跟进落实机制、医德医风监督审查机制、职业道德长效教育机制、先进典型示范引导机制等方面完善公立医院医德医风建设工作机制。The traditional Chinese medical professional norms,western medicine moral standard,the revolutionary humanitarianism spirit constitution of the source of the medical professional ethics in modern China and the new century physician vocational spirit--the physicians declaration is a modern requirements for professional ethics.The current medical ethical in public hospital is in an optimistic situation overall,but there are also some problems because the migration in original policy design,the doctor-patient conflicts in interest and the error in professional morality thought and other reasons.In order to resolve these problems,this paper suggested to perform the work mechanism of public hospital in medical morality from following respects such as implementation mechanism and follow up for policy of the medical reform,supervision and examination mechanism of medical ethics,long term education mechanism of professional morality,advanced typical demonstration guide mechanism,etc.
