摘 要:采用快速液相烧结工艺制备了多铁陶瓷材料Bi1-xGdxFeO3(x=0.00,0.05,0.10,0.15)和Bi1-xNdxFeO3(x=0.00,0.05,0.10),研究了稀土离子Gd/Nd掺杂对多铁材料BiFeO3相结构和铁电性能的影响.X射线衍射谱显示对于Gd/Nd掺杂Bi1-xRxFeO3体系,适量掺杂有助于消除体系中的杂相;随着掺杂量的增加,体系的相结构有从菱方钙钛矿向三斜转变的趋势.电滞回线测试结果表明稀土掺杂改善了BiFeO3的铁电性能,掺杂后样品的剩余极化强度均有不同程度的提高.通过比较Gd/Nd掺杂体系的剩余极化强度,分析了样品铁电性的改善与掺杂稀土离子半径之间的关联.Multiferroic ceramic samples of Bi1-xGdxFeO3(x=0.00,0.05,0.10,0.15) and Bi1-xNdxFeO3(x=0.00,0.05,0.10) have been prepared by the rapid liquid phase sintering technique.The effects of Gd/Nd substitution on phase structure and ferroelectric properties of multiferroic BiFeO3 ceramics are investigated.XRD results show that the appropriate doping content of Gd/Nd could be helpful to reduce impurity phases for Bi1-xRxFeO3 samples.The phase structure has a tendency from rhombohedral structure to triclinic structure with increasing x.Experimental results of hysteresis loop suggest that the ferroelectric properties of BiFeO3 are improved and the remanent polarization is increased by doping.By comparing the the remanent polarization of Gd and Nd doping samples,the relationship between the ferroelectric properties and the radius of rare-earth ions is analyzed.
