复方中药调节男子皮艇运动员身体机能状态的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方中药对男子皮艇运动员冬训大负荷训练后身体机能状态的调节效果.方法:选取处于冬训大负荷训练期间的河南男子皮艇运动员18名,随机分为实验组和对照组.实验组内服复方中药,对照组给予安慰剂,分别在服药前和服药后的第8 d、第15 d、第22 d、第29 d清晨取静脉血测定血红蛋白、肌酸激酶、尿素氮和睾酮,并于实验前后测试运动员3 000 m全力跑的运动成绩.结果:血红蛋白在实验组逐渐上升,对照组在实验结束后出现下降;肌酸激酶在对照组先上升后维持不变,实验组先上升后逐渐下降;尿素氮在对照组升高,实验组先上升后下降;睾酮在对照组逐渐下降,实验组逐渐升高;实验组3 000 m全力跑成绩显著提高.结论:该中药方剂对调节运动员大负荷训练后的身体机能状态具有良好作用.Aims：To observe the effects of Chinese medicine on male kayak athletes.Methods：eighteen male Henan male kayak athletes were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experiment was conducted in winter training.The experimental group administrated orally Chinese medicine,the 50 ml oral liquids were taken after lunch and supper.The elbow venous blod were drawn before breakfast before administration,on the eigth day,on the fifteenth day,on the twenty-second day,on the twenty-ninth day after administration,then hemoglobin（HB）,creatine kinase（CK）,Urea nitrogen（BUN）,testosterone（T） were examined.Meanwhile,the achivement of 3000 meters run was tested before and after experiment.Results：The HB of experimental group rose and control group decreased;the CK of control group rose,keeping the status,the CK of experimental group rose before decline;the BUN of control group rose,the BUN of experimental group rose before decline;the T of experimental group rose and control group decreased;the achivement of 3000 meters run of experimental group increased progressively.Conclusion：The Chinese medicine prescription has the good effect.
