急性斑蝥中毒10例救治分析(附文献复习)

摘　　要：目的总结急性斑蝥中毒的临床表现,进一步提高对该病的救治水平。方法回顾性分析本组急性斑蝥中毒10例的临床资料及查阅相关文献。结果斑蝥中毒引起的多脏器功能损害经综合救治,本组患者均获治愈。结论以保护多器官功能为主的综合性救治措施效果满意。Objective To summarize clinical symptom of acute mylabris poisoning and consequently improve cure for this illness.Methods Two research methodologies were adopted.One is to review and analyze clinical information of mylabris poisoning and its management in a group of 10 cases.The other one is to review related medical literature.Results Damages caused by Mylabris poisoning to multiple organs were cured after integrative treatment.All of six patients in this group were healed.Conclusion Integrative treatment which focuses on protecting functions of multiple organs is a satisfactory way to cure acute mylabris poisoning.
