摘　　要：文章对风机在静态启动时进行了风轮力矩分析,研究了启动时叶片位置选择的原则并对1.5MW风机的不同叶片进行了计算,对目前的启动运行程序提出了建议。The paper made an analysis of the moment for the wind turbine at start-up from stop case, the blade position selection was studied and the blade start-up moment was calculated for the different blades to 1.5MW. The paper gave a suggestion for running the program.
