七十味珍珠丸中有毒重金属在比格犬体内的分布和排泄

摘　　要：目的研究长期服用藏成药七十味珍珠丸后主要有毒重金属在动物体内的分布和排泄。方法以七十味珍珠丸高剂量喂服比格犬,给药12周后和停药4周后检测动物血液和排泄物中有毒重金属元素的含量,并与正常对照组比较。结果比格犬给予七十味珍珠丸后主要重金属元素在血中的浓度均有所升高,停药后降低;重金属元素在排泄物中的浓度显著升高;主要重金属元素在心脏、肝、肾有一定的蓄积,但停药后可以排出体外。结论长期高剂量服用七十味珍珠丸应注意有毒重金属中毒的风险。Objective To study the distribution and excretion of heavy metals in dogs aftergiven Seventy-flavor Pearl Pill for a long time.Methods Seventy-flavor Pearl Pills were given orally to Beagle dogs at a dose of 1 g/kg.The concentration of toxic heavy metals in blood,excrement and urine were compared with those in control group 12 weeks after drug administration and 4 weeks after drug withdrawal.Results The concentration of to toxic heavy metals increased in blood,excrement and urine when the was drug given and decreased in blood during drug withdrawal.The toxic heavy metals were accumulated in the heart,liver and kidney and eliminated when drug administration was suspended.Conclusion The risk of accumulation of toxic heavy metals deserves attention when Seventy-flavor Pearl Pills are used at a heavy dose for a long time.
