摘　　要：目的建立参麦软胶囊中多糖的含量测定方法。方法采用蒽酮-硫酸法,测定参麦软胶囊中多糖的含量。结果葡萄糖浓度在21.16～126.96μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9991,平均加样回收率为98.16%,精密度的RSD为1.2%。结论本法简便准确,重复性好,可用于参麦软胶囊的质量控制。Objective To establish a method for the determination of polysaccharides in Shenma sule. Methods Polysaccharides was measured by the anthrone-sulfuric acid colorimetric method with glu i Soft Capcose as the standard. Results The linear range of glucose was 21.16-126.96 p,g/ml（ r = 0. 9991 ）. The average recovery was 98.16%, and the precision RSD was 1.2%. Conclusion The method is accurate and reproducible. It can be used for quality control of the Shenmai Soft Capsule.
