复方红景天制剂对沙鼠前庭功能的影响

摘　　要：目的研究复方红景天制剂对沙鼠前庭功能的影响。方法采用视频眼震电图检测沙鼠前庭功能,检测前庭眼动反射与视前庭眼动反射。观察不同剂量复方红景天制剂对沙鼠前庭功能的影响。结果复方红景天制剂对前庭眼动反射与视前庭眼动反射的增益无明显影响。结论复方红景天制剂无影响前庭平衡机能的副作用。Objective To study the effect of rhodiola crenulata compounds on the vestibular function in gerbils. Methods Vestibular function test involving vestibular-ocular reflex and visual-vestibular ocular reflex was performed by videonystagmography on gerbils. The effect of rhodiola crenulata compounds at different doses on the vestibular function was observed. Results Rhodiola crenulata compounds had no significant effect on vestibular-ocular reflex , visual-vestibular ocular reflex or videonystagmographic gain. Conclusion Rhodiola crenulata compounds have no side effect on the vestibular function in gerbils.
