摘 要:以装配系统为研究对象,建立了随机零部件补货提前期下两个供应商对单制造商的准时供货模型.在制造商采取货齐付款的结算方式及交货时间窗模式下,研究了两个供应商的最优交货提前期决策.研究结果表明:一是交货时间窗策略能有效降低供应商的成本,而且时间窗越长,供应商的成本越低,但仅仅依靠单一的交货时间窗策略不能完全协调整个供应链;二是通过调整供应商延迟交货的惩罚成本,如增大对供应商的延迟交货惩罚,可实现供应链的协调.Based on the assembly system, the paper considers the just-in-time delivery models of two suppliers and a manufacturer under the stochastic replenishment lead time. Under the condition of the offline payment and the delivery time window mode, the optimal lead time decision for two suppliers is investigated. The result shows that the delivery time window strategy can reduce the cost of the suppliers effectively, and the longer the time window is, the lower the cost of suppliers is, but only the delivery time window strategy can't coordinate the whole supply chain completely, and adjusting the delivery delays punishment can realize the coordination of supply chain, such as increasing the cost of suppliers' delivery delays punishment.
