摘 要:以45%的硫酸为介质制备了纳米微晶纤维素(NCC),以此NCC硫酸悬浮液为添加剂,在气相纳米SiO2含量为4%不变的条件下,制备了一系列不同NCC含量的硫酸胶体电解液。TEM分析表明,NCC的直径约为70 nm、长度约为400 nm,孤立分散在尺寸约为15 nm的SiO2网链结构中。对纳米SiO2/NCC/H2SO4胶体电解液进行了旋转粘度测试,结果表明添加适量的NCC能够降低胶体在较大旋转速率作用下的旋转粘度,同时增大较小旋转速率下的旋转粘度。循环伏安和交流阻抗分析表明,添加适量的NCC能减小电极的极化程度,降低电极电解液的界面电阻,提高电极的反应电流和电量,提高电极活性物质的利用效率。Nano-crystalline cellulose(NCC) sulfuric acid suspension,which was prepared in 45 % sulfuric acid solution,was acted as a kind of additive for fumed sulfuric acid gel electrolyte,by this way,a series of gelled electrolyte with different content of NCC were prepared in 1.28 % sulfuric acid solution and fumed nano-SiO2 content was 4 %.TEM analysis showed that Nano-crystalline cellulose was about 70 nm in diameter and 400 nm in length,and was isolated scattered in the network of nano-SiO2.Rotary viscometer testing indicated that the viscosity of gelled electrolyte could be decreased under larger rotation rate,while increased under small rotation rate by adding appropriate amount of NCC.Cyclic voltammetry(CV)and impedance spectroscopy(EIS) analysis indicated that NCC could reduce the polarization degree of electrode and the resistance of interface between electrode and electrolyte,increase the reaction current and electrical quantity of electrode with the improvement of utilization ratio of active materials.
