摘 要:大药量炸药装药的工艺安全性是炸药科研与生产过程中的关键问题之一。以RTHLDu-1炸药为研究对象,通过对炸药本质安全性、工艺过程安全性进行分析,特别是对其慢烤试验进行数值模拟,得到了RTHLDu-1炸药的化学反应动力学参数,在此基础上对RTHLDu-1炸药熔混和凝固工艺过程的热爆炸安全性进行了数值计算。计算结果显示,尽管在上述工艺过程中药浆发生了一定的热分解,但是热分解所导致的局部温度升高十分有限,不会导致炸药发生热爆炸,由此证明了RTHLDu-1炸药注装工艺的安全性。Process safety of mass explosive loading is one of key problems in the explosive research and production. The research object of the paper was a kind of explosive called RTHLDu-1, whose intrinsic safety and process engineering safety were analyzed, especially the slow cook-off test was conducted by simulation. So the parameters of chemical reaction dynamics were obtained, and based on that, the heat explosion safety was simulated in the process of mixing and solidifying. The results showed that although in the process engineering, the heat decomposition took place in the slurry to a certain extent, the degree of temperature rising at local was limited due to decomposition, so the explosion would not happen, the casting technology of RTHLDu- 1 is safe and reliable.
