摘　　要：为了解决火药安定性试验现用的恒温干燥箱不能自动计时、自动控温精度不高和不能远距离安全监控等问题,研制了火药恒温干燥箱无线测控系统。该系统采用可编程控制器(PLC)技术,将数字式温度传感技术与无线传输技术相结合,实现了恒温干燥箱的远距离调温、高精度控温和监控功能,消除了火药烘干时的安全隐患,保证了试验效果。Aimed at the problems of thermostatic drying oven in the powder stability experiments, such as non-automatic timing, low precision of temperature control and inability to control safety from distance, a wireless measurement and control system of powder thermostatic drying oven was designed. The system combines Programmable Logic Ccontrollers （PLC） techniques, digital temperature probe techniques with radio transmission techniques, and realizes the functions of distance temperature regulation, high precision temperature control and safety monitoring and control. It removes the hidden danger as drying powder and ensures the success of the experiments.
