摘 要:采煤机截割工作机构与煤岩作用系统的复杂性、非线性、模糊性和耗散性,导致了截齿截割负载具有很强的不确定性。应用分形和混沌理论研究截割阻力曲线的定量描述及混沌特征,依据煤岩的应力与应变的关系曲线和煤岩的分形损伤刚度,给出煤岩跃进破碎的条件,从混沌分形的角度给出截割动力系统的截割性能评价指标和系统演变混沌状态的数学关系,同时建立截割动力系统的数学模型。通过模拟仿真,结果表明:截割动力系统在不同的分叉参数下,其相轨迹具有时间遍历性和混沌特征,实现了混沌模拟负载信号的仿真。截割动力系统特性研究对开发高效截割工作机构等有着重要的意义。The complexity,nonlinearity,fuzziness and dissipativity of interaction system between shearer cutting working mechanism and coal lead to a strong uncertainty of cutter cutting load.This paper discusses the study on quantitative description and chaotic characteristics of cutting resistance curves depending on the fractal and chaos theory,presents the conditions of coal leap damage according to the relation curves between stress and strain of coal,fractal damaged stiffness of coal,give mathematical relations between cutting evaluation index of cutting drive system and chaotic state of system evolution from the angle of chaos and fractal,and features the mathematical model of cutting drive system.The simulation shows the phase locus has time periodicity and chaotic characteristic with cutting drive system in different bifurcation parameters,with the resultant simulation of chaotic simulating load signal.Cutting drive system properties are of great significance to developing efficient cutting working mechanism.
