摘  要:为定量评估河流现状、加强河流的可持续管理及维护区域生态环境,建立河流健康评价指标体系及其评价等级标准,以模糊层次评价法确定河流健康系统各级指标的权重,引入可变模糊集理论,建立河流健康评价的模糊层次与可变模糊集(FAHP-VFS)耦合模型,并以京杭大运河杭州段作为样本进行实例研究.计算结果表明:河流在"岸绿"和"景美"2个一级指标上属于Ⅱ类"健康"状态,在"流畅"的一级指标上属于Ⅲ类"亚健康"状态,在"水清"的一级指标上属于Ⅳ类"不健康"状态,总评价特征值为2.849,运河健康评价综合指标属于Ⅲ级"亚健康"状态.模型充分利用评价指标样本值与评价标准等级及各指标隶属度的评价信息,物理概念清晰,计算结果合理,建模过程直观简便,为河流健康评价以及其他复杂系统的体系评价提供了新的参考方法.In order to evaluate river's present situation and strengthen the protection and construction of the ecological environment, the evaluation index system (EIS) and evaluation grading criterions (EGG) of river health were created using the weights of evaluation indexes with the fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (FAHP), and the model of variable fuzzy set (VFS) and the FAHP were integrated as the evaluation model. The FAHP-VFS model was applied to the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal (Hangzhou Section). The results showed that. i)the river health grade of "Anlv" and "Jingmei" were classified into Class II "health" in the first-grade indexes of Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal; ii) the river health grade of "Shuiqing" was classified into Class ]]I"sub health"; iii) the river health grade of "Liuchang" was classified into Class 1V "bad health". Section) was recognized as The overall evaluation of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal (Hangzhou "sub-health" grade and the characteristic parameter was 2. 849. The results turned out to be reliable due to the well-developed modeling process and carefully-defined physical conception. This evaluation process also provides an optional approach to health evaluation of other complicated systems.
