摘  要:采用室内盆栽方法研究烯唑醇种衣剂包衣对小麦出苗和幼苗生长发育安全性的影响。结果表明,烯唑醇种衣剂包衣对小麦的出苗时间和出苗率具有抑制作用,对出苗后麦苗的伸长、苗期根系的数量和伸长等影响较小。试验条件下,烯唑醇种衣剂在有效剂量不大于0.04 g/kg种子时,对出苗时间和出苗率影响较小;在有效剂量为0.06 g/kg种子时,对出苗率影响不大,开始出苗时间推迟1 d,终止出苗时间推迟2 d;在有效剂量大于0.06 g/kg种子时,对出苗时间和出苗率均有较强的抑制作用,开始出苗时间推迟1~2 d,终止出苗时间推迟2~3 d,出苗率降低18.5%~35.7%。烯唑醇种衣剂包衣后各处理的苗高与对照之间的差异均达极显著水平,用药剂量越大,与对照相比苗高相差越多,播种后10 d各处理的苗高与对照相比降低13.1%~45.8%;播种后15 d各处理的苗高与对照相比降低8.6%~28.2%,但播种后10~15 d,所有处理苗高增长幅度均在6.1~6.8 cm,差异并不明显。烯唑醇种衣剂包衣播种后10 d各处理的平均根数4.6~4.9条,平均根长11.9~13.4 cm;播种后15 d各处理的平均根数4.9~5.2条,平均根长20.5~22.8 cm,各处理与对照间差异均不显著。实际应用中,烯唑醇种衣剂有效剂量应小于0.06 g/kg小麦种子。The experiment was conducted indoor with potted plant,in order to examine the safety of diniconazole seed coating to emergence and growth in seedling stage of wheat.The results showed that,diniconazole seed coating could inhibit wheat seed emergence time and percentage of emergence,but it was not visibly in wheat seedling growth after emergence,the root number and root growth.Under the experimental conditions,the effect of diniconazole seed coating was not significantly on time and percentage of emergence when the dosage was below 0.04 g/kg seed;The emergence rate was less affected when the dosage was 0.06 g/kg seed,it was delayed 1 d of emergence beginning and 2 d of end time;It was strong inhibited to time and percentage of emergence when the dosage was more than 0.06 g/kg seed,the time delayed 1-2 d of emergence beginning and 2-3 d of emergence end,emergence rate decreased 18.5%-35.7%.The height of wheat seedling were significantly different within 10 d and the difference was more large as soon as more dosage.During 10 d to 15 d after emergence,their increase ranges of seedling height were 6.1 cm to 6.8 cm,and the disparity were not apparently.The average root number was 4.6 to 4.9 bands and average root longer was 11.9 to 13.4 cm within 10 d after emergence;after 15 d,they were 4.9 to 5.2 bands and 20.5 to 22.8 cm,their disparity were also not apparently.In practical application,it was optimum that the dosage of the diniconazole seed coating should be less than 0.06 g/kg wheat seed.
