Effects of Gravel-sand Mulching on Soil Organic Carbon,Soil Microbial Population and Soil Enzyme Activity in Cropland

摘  要:研究不同土地利用条件及不同砾石覆盖年限对农田土壤有机碳含量、微生物数量和土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明,砾石覆盖下,农田土壤有机碳含量基本介于未覆盖农田和撂荒地之间;随着砾石覆盖年限增加,土壤有机碳含量逐年降低,并且在15 a时达到较低。砾石覆盖下,土壤微生物数量处于较稳定的状态;农田中大多数土壤酶活性介于未覆盖农田和撂荒地之间。相关分析表明,砾石覆盖下农田土壤酶活性与土壤有机碳含量,土壤微生物数量存在显著或极显著的相关性,因而可用某些土壤酶活性表示土壤有机碳或肥力的变化情况。砾石覆盖超过15 a的农田,有机碳含量过低,多种土壤酶活性不再适合作物生长,需要停耕堆肥,重新换砂来维持产量。The soil organic carbon,soil microbial population and soil enzyme activity were analyzed in different land use patterns and different gravel-sand mulching years.The results showed that the most soil organic carbon content was on the mid of arable land and waste land.The soil organic carbon decreased with increasing mulching life and reached its lowest point in the fifteenth year.The soil microbial population is in a steady state under gravel-sand mulching condition.And the most soil microbial population of mulched cropland was on the mid of arable land and waste land.And the correlation was analyzed.The results showed the significant or very significant positive correlation was performed between the soil organic carbon,soil microbial population and soil enzyme activity.The cropland mulched more than 15 years,organic carbon content is low,soil enzyme activity is no longer suitable for a variety of crops,need to stop farming and compost,renew the sand to maintain the production.
