摘 要:为了了解亚洲玉米螟的生活习性,更好地在室内进行饲养,采用人工饲料,研究单头饲养与群体饲养对亚洲玉米螟生长发育与繁殖的影响。通过对亚洲玉米螟实验种群生长发育及生殖力参数的比较,发现在供试条件下,其更适合于群体饲养。在群体饲养条件下,亚洲玉米螟的平均世代周期(41.98 d±1.76 d)和种群加倍时间(9.95 d±1.74 d)明显短于单头饲养,内禀增长率(0.07 d±0.01 d)也大于后者;而且化蛹率(71%)、羽化率(90%)及成活率(64%)也远大于单头饲养。In order to investigate the life habits of the Asian corn borer,Ostrinia furnacalis and breed it better in the laboratory conditions,effects of single raising and group raising on growth development and reproduction of Asian com borer were studied using artificial fodder.According to the development and fertility parameters,it was found that under supplied laboratory conditions,group breeding was better for Asian com borer for growth and development.The average generation period(41.98 d±1.76 d) and population double time(9.95 d±1.74 d) were obviously shorter under group raising than those under single raising.And the intrinsic rate(0.07±0.01),pupation rate(71%),emergence rate(90%) and survival rate(64%) were higher in the former condition than those in the latter.
