摘　　要：目的: 评价成人轻症病毒性心肌炎左室舒张功能与血清学、病原学、心电图指标的关系。方法: 研究对象包括60 例患者和36 例正常人, 按年龄分为甲组(< 25 岁)、乙组(25～40 岁) 和丙组(> 40 岁)。按肌钙蛋白、病毒中和抗体、血肠道病毒RNA 检查结果分别分阳性和阴性两组比较脉冲多普勒舒张功能各指标, 心电图分早搏、ST-T 改变、传导阻滞组分别与正常人比较。结果: 甲组和乙组E/A 较正常人缩小 (P= 0.04, 0.03), 肌钙蛋白阳性组Ai较阴性组增大, Ei/Ai下降, DT延长(P= 0.001～0.04), 表示舒张功能减退。其余各组均无显著性差异。结论: 成人轻症病毒性心肌炎舒张功能有减退,Objective:To estimate the relationship among left ventricular diastolic function in adult mild viral myocarditis(VMC) and serology,virology,electrocardiography.Methods:60 VMC patients and 36 normal subjects were studied by pulsed Doppler echocardiography.Both VMC patients and normal subjects were divided into three groups according to the age(group I <25 yrs,grooup Ⅱ 25～40 yrs,group Ⅲ>40 yrs).The Doppler measurements of patients with positive results on viral neutralized antibody examination or serum enterol virus RNA,serum myocardial damage markers were compared with negatives,so did in patients with electrocardiography abnormalities such as premature beat,ST T alteration and atrium ventricular block.Results:Comparison with normal subjects,E/A decreased in group Ⅰ and Ⅱ( P =0 04,0 03).Increasing Ai,decreasing Ei/Ai and increasing DT were seen in patients with positive in troponin( P =0 001～0 04),which showed decreased cardiac diastolic function.No significant differences were found in other groups.Conclusion:There is impairment of left ventricular diastolic function in adult mild viral myocarditis,and the diastolic function is influenced by the severity of myocardial damage.
