摘 要:观察大剂量基因重组人红细胞生成素(rh-Ep)体外对10例正常人,17例骨髓增生异常综合征难治性贫血(MDS-RA),19例再生障碍性贫血(AA)患者红系祖细胞(CFU-E)的作用。结果:MDS-RA和AA患者的CFUE明显低于正常人(P均<0.01),随rh-Ep剂量加大,各组红系祖细胞(CFU-E)均有不同程度增高,至100u/ml达最高值,并接近或超过正常值。结果表明,大剂量rh-Ep可促进部分MDS-RA和AA患者CFU-E增殖。Purpose and Methods: In order to study the effects of gene recombinant erythropoietin (rh-Ep) on the colony-forming unit-erythroid (CFU-E) growth of patients with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) and aplastic anemia (AA), namatopoiet-ic progenitor cells from 10 healthy persons, 17 MDS and 19 AA samples were cultured with different doses of rh-Ep. Re- suits:The results showed that the proliferation of CFU-E in patients suffering from MDS and AA was much lower than in normal control group (P<0.01). As rh-Ep dose increased, the number of CFU-E in all groups were increased to a greater or less extent.Predominent effect was achieved when 100 μm/ml of rh-Ep was added, the forming rates and contents of CFU-E reached or even more than normal control group. Conclusion:These results demonstrated that high dose rh-Ep could promote CFU-E growth in some MDS and AA patients.
