麦默通微创完全切除乳腺肿物的手术适应证探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下麦默通（MMT）真空辅助乳腺微创旋切系统在完全切除乳腺肿块中的适应证及应用价值。方法术前实施严格的适应证筛选，选择60例女性乳腺肿块患者，共101处病灶，经制定手术方案后在超声引导下行麦默通微创切除术，术后6～12个月随访，观察治疗效果。结果术后经彩超、核磁共振、二次手术等方式随访，60例101个乳腺肿物均被完全切除，术后无明显并发症。结论经过术前严格掌握适应证，在超声引导下应用MMT微创手术可以完全切除乳腺肿物，手术准确微创，并能够达到美观和损伤小的优点。Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasound-guided Mammotome vacuumassisted breast biopsy system in completely resection of invasive breast masses. Methods After strict preop- erative indications screening, 101 breast masses in 60 cases of female patients were performed with ultrasound guided Mammotome minimally invasive surgery, followed up for 6 - 12 months after treatment, the therapeutic effects were observed. Results In postoperative follow-up implemented by MIR, breast ultrasound and the secondary surgery, 101 breast masses in 60 patients were clearly excised without obvious postoperative compli- cations. Conclusions By the strict preoperative indication screening, ultrascund-gnided MMT can achieve completely excision effect, and it is recognized as an accurate, beautiful and minimally invasive therapy.
