摘　　要：油炉法炭黑作为当今最通用的制炭黑工艺,是典型的高耗能过程工业。通过综述新工艺炭黑生产中的设备改进、烟气尾气中显热及化学能的综合利用,总结出了从炭黑生产过程中节能降耗、资源回收利用以及保护环境的具体措施。As the most commonly used carbon black technique,oil furnace process carbon black is a typical process industry of high energy consumption.This paper,therefore,offers a summary of the equipment improvement in new carbon black production technique,of sensible heat in smoke and tail gas and that of the comprehensive use of chemical energy,whereby some measures are suggested of energy conservation,waste reduction,resources recycle and environmental protection.
