港口物流园区建设项目风险评价及防范——以南京市滨江港口物流园区为例

摘　　要：近年来,具有投资规模大、占用土地多、建设周期长、风险性高等特点的港口物流园区建设进入迅猛发展期。文章根据港口物流园区建设的特点,建立了风险评价指标体系,并以滨江港口物流园区项目为例,对项目风险和风险防范策略进行了研究。According to the fact that the construction of port logistics park is characterized by large-scale investment,occupation of large land,long construction period and high risks,the paper establishes a risk evaluation index system,analyzes the risk for the construction project of Binjiang port logistics park,and presents the corresponding risk prevention strategies.
