铬克糖治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨富铬大豆芽制剂—铬克糖对Ⅱ型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法　Ⅱ型糖尿病患者2 5 0例 ,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组 :在原用药基础上加服铬克糖。结果　 ( 1)发铬 :治疗前 ,治疗组和对照组发铬含量均低于正常 ,两组差异无显著性 ,治疗 3个月后 ,治疗组发铬含量明显高于对照组(P <0 .0 1)。 ( 2 )降糖效果 :试验治疗前两组血糖差异不明显 ,试验治疗后 ,治疗组各时相血糖值均显著低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。 ( 3 )血糖曲线下面积 :治疗组在试验治疗后明显减小 ,与对照组比较差异非常显著 ,P <0 .0 1。 ( 4)胰岛素曲线下面积 :治疗组在治疗前后无差异 ,与对照组比较差异无显著性。Objective To clarify the clinical therapeutic effect of rich-chromuim bean bud preparation on type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus. Methods 250 cases of patients with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(200 cases)was given with rich-chromium bean bud based on the previous medicine. Results (1)Before the experiment,the content of hair chromiumin in both treatment and control groups were lower than the normal level and there was no significant difference between the two groups.A significant difference between the two groups was produced after treatment for three months(P<0.01).(2)The levels of blood glucose no significant difference was found between the two groups,but the blood glucose level of each time-phase in treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.(3)The area under the curve of blood glucose in treatment group was significantly decreased after treatment,and it is showed significant difference between the two groups(P< 0.01 ).(4)The area under the curve of plasma insulin was no difference between the levels before and after treatment in treatment group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion The rich chromium bean bud preparation is efficient as one of the treatments for type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus.
